Duties
- Receive shipments and accurately unload trucks using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining proper product placement and organization
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and update stock levels in the system
- Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy
- Assist with packaging products for shipment or display purposes
- Support shipping & receiving processes by preparing items for dispatch or storage
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area, including sweeping, organizing supplies, and ensuring safety standards are met
- Help with merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves to maximize sales potential
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting retail staff with product location and inventory inquiries
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively during heavy lifting, load & unload activities
- Support store operations with cashiering, stocking, and general maintenance tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly with team members across shifts to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with retail stocking is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or RF scanners is a plus; certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate stock counting and replenishment processes
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
- A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
