Role Description

The candidate will provide direct support to Department of Defense (DoD) customers by delivering subject matter expertise in cyber test and evaluation (T&E) of defense systems. This role involves collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to inform and enhance DoD acquisition, training, and operational programs through effective use of DoD cybersecurity enterprise assets.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, and the agility to adapt to evolving cybersecurity requirements, emerging threats, and countermeasures. While residence in the Orlando, FL area is preferred, it is not required. For the right candidate, alternative locations, remote arrangements, or hybrid work options are fully supported.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a technically accredited four-year college


• A minimum of ten (10) years of related experience


• Must currently hold a DoD 8570-compliant IAT II certification (SSCP or Security+CE with appropriate CE/OS certificate) OR


• Must currently hold a DoD 8570-compliant IAM II certification (CAP or CASP CE) or be able to obtain within six months outside of work hours


• Must be able to diagnose and solve problems within a computer network


• Have professional communication skills and the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely


• Dedicated to customer support and adopting customers mission as their own


• Capable of multitasking and working several complex tasks


• Requires minimal direction and supervision, self-motivated
