Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance to join our leadership team in a full-time, remote capacity. The role includes overseeing financial planning, analyzing financial data, managing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. The Vice President of Finance will strategize to optimize financial operations, lead budget forecasting, drive fiscal transparency, and align financial processes with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, the role involves collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals and providing key financial insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
  • Strong background in the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities to support teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
  • CPA or CFA certification is a strong advantage
