Compensation & Career Progression 

Sales Representative Trainee (0–6 months)

$22/hour, based on a 45-hour work week (target annualized pay: $54,000)Paid training with mentorship and professional developmentNo commission during this phase

Sales Representative (6–18 months)

$60,000 annualized base (based on 45-hour work week)Plus commission on territory gross marginTotal compensation target: $70,000–$80,000 (based on performance and business results)

Successful completion of the trainee program may lead to promotion into a Sales Representative role. Advancement is based on individual performance, business needs, and demonstrated readiness.
