The Human Resources Manager (HRM) serves as a key member of the Rivendell Leadership Team. The (HRM) serves the dual role of employee advocate and management liaison with employees. The HRM must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the Hospital. The HRM is responsible for HR functions that include but are not limited to: employment process, recruiting for vacant positions, orientation, training, compensation, and other employee services.  The HRM  functions as a consultant with Hospital management for helping with employee relations matters. The HRM with follows up on employee accidents, keeps in constant contact with Corporate Loss Control.

Job Duties:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

· Strong computer background and familiarity with recruitment techniques in healthcare,

· Human Resources database software; benefits administration; specific knowledge of the day to day operation of Human Resources Department;

· Employment law knowledge essential.

Qualifications

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree is Human Resource or related field required,

· 3 Years of Human Resources experience
