General Service & Tire Technician:

  • Our company is looking for an experienced Tire and General Service Technician for our Cheektowaga location, Cleve Hill Auto has been family owned for 45 years providing 5 star customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect tires on vehicles before and after installation
  • Perform tire rotations, balancing and other maintenance tasks
  • Perform oil changes, checking fluid levels, replace worn parts such as brake pads, wheel bearings etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in an automotive shop environment. The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust.

  • Must be able to lift, carry and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time
  • Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting

Professional Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in general vehicle inspections, changing tires, and completing oil changes
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an auto shop/mechanic setting strongly preferred
  • Proven knowledge of vehicle maintenance operations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with great attendance.

*All candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid driver's license with a clean MVR history.
