Job Overview

Electralloy/G.O. Carlson Inc. is seeking one (1) full-time dedicated and detail-oriented Production Employee to join our dynamic team at our facility located in Siverly, PA. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and safety standards while working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Candidates must be able to work all shifts including weekends and mandatory overtime. This position is a 2nd shift position, 3pm - 11pm.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment ensuring adherence to safety protocols, optimal performance and quality output.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Assist in the operation of forklifts and cranes to move materials efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance safety and productivity.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in product quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • 2nd shift position (3pm - 11pm)
