Director of Contemporary Worship

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director for our independent pentecostal church. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for ministry. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire a team, and foster an atmosphere of worship; someone who enjoys lively worship and is comfortable with the gifts of the Spirit.
Duties
- Lead, disciple, mentor, and develop a worship ministry team of volunteers both muscially and spiritually.
- Fulfill the role of Worship Leader through prayer, preparation, thought, and intention for weekly worship gatherings.
- Schedule worship team volunteers.
- Provide on-site coaching and feedback to instrumentalists and vocalists.
- Manage and maintain stage presentation.

- Ability to identify and train others to grow and carry out the mission
- Team player and contributor to overall vision, goals and ministries of Calvary
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
Required Hours:
Sundays 9:30-1:30 and 1-2 hours of preparation that can be done from home.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $250.00 per week
Expected hours: 5 – 6 per week
Work Location: In person
