Freight Breakers is currently looking to add 2 additional Lumpers (warehouse associates) to our Hagerstown team.

What do we do? We empty trailers by hand.

*****This is not your normal "19/hr" job.****** Your paycheck is a direct reflection of your own work ethic at Freight Breakers. Our top lumpers consistently strive to make 800 plus a week. The harder you work the more you make.

  • Weekly Pay

  • Flat Rate plus hourly downtime

  • No cap in commission

We are unloading boxed freight by hand onto wooden pallets and using a pallet jack to pull them out of the trailer. There is no scanning required. We unload boxes fast and accurately. This job is physically demanding job. BOXES CAN WEIGHT UP TO 150 LBS

Pay: Paid Per Trailer with $16 -18 downtime hourly pay

  • Paid per trailer unloaded (2 to 4 per day usually)
  • Trailer pay is scaled to the difficulty of the trailer.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-finished with occasional OT and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 5-150LBS.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.
