Position Title: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OPERATIONS 

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

Pay Grade: 13 

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus

ESFM is seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Services Facilities Manager to oversee vendor management and ensure operational safety within our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with service vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management

Oversee service vendors, ensuring they meet performance standards and deliver quality services. Services provided to our client include landscaping, snow removal, waste management, pest control, janitorial, and document destruction.
Operational Safety: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

Compliance

Ensure all services and operations comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall facility management.
Team Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any facility-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities management.
Strong knowledge of vendor management and operational safety protocols.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
