About Us

We are a fast-growing, plaintiff-side personal injury law firm based in Miami. Our practice handles a range of personal injury matters from pre-suit through litigation. We operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and are seeking an experienced, in-office litigation paralegal who can manage cases independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation
  • Draft, file, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and notices
  • Track and calendar litigation deadlines in compliance with Florida procedural rules
  • Prepare discovery responses, deposition materials, mediation packages, and trial binders
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files in the firm's case management system
  • Assist attorneys with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and litigation deadlines
  • Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Able to manage a high-volume caseload in an in-office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Trial preparation experience
  • Mediation and deposition experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Florida state court e-filing experience
