About The Role
We're seeking a
Senior Full Stack Developer
to play a key role in our firm's ongoing
ERP migration to Aderant Expert Sierra
. In this role, you'll lead integrations, drive full lifecycle development, and deliver business-critical applications that enhance operations across the firm.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead development and integration efforts as part of the firm's ERP modernization initiative
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver full-stack solutions
  • Build, test, and deploy features across .NET, Azure, and SQL environments
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs, automated workflows, and DevOps pipelines
  • Provide production support for existing applications and drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor junior and offshore team members, guiding best practices and code quality

Core Technologies & Experience (Must-Have)

  • Languages & Frameworks: .NET, C#, REST APIs, PowerShell, SQL
  • Cloud: Azure (Function App, App Service, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, AppInsights, Monitoring/Alerts)
  • DevOps: Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines, ARM Template Deployment
  • Workflow: Apache Airflow
  • Methodology: Agile Development Process
  • ERP/SaaS: Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS or ERP platforms
  • Data: Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and data architecture principles (ETL, Medallion Architecture preferred)

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with Aderant Expert Sierra or other legal-industry software
  • Understanding of security and operational best practices in cloud development
  • Experience building reporting templates or dashboards

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of progressive software development experience
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior or offshore developers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical partners

Team & Environment

  • Team Size: 5 developers total (including 2 offshore direct reports in India)
  • Work Style: Collaborative, Agile, and cross-functional
  • Schedule: Primarily U.S. business hours, with occasional offshore coordination
