CRI Advantage is looking for a forward-thinking ServiceNow Technical Product Manager to lead our ITSM, CSM, FSM, and SecOps product areas. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and hands-on leadership.

You'll drive the roadmap, oversee delivery, coach developers, and act as the senior technical point of contact for client engagements. If you love shaping solutions, influencing standards, and moving the needle across enterprise-level ServiceNow programs - this is your lane.


What You'll Do

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery frameworks for ITSM/CSM/FSM/SecOps.

  • Define standards, governance, and reusable assets.

  • Partner with Delivery, PMO, and Sales to align technical execution with business goals.

Technical Leadership

  • Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple applications and workflows.

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations, integrations, and platform enhancements.

  • Oversee and mentor a high-performance team of ServiceNow developers.

  • Ensure quality, consistency, and best-practice development standards across projects.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead client discovery sessions, demos, and technical discussions.

  • Translate business needs into actionable stories and technical requirements.

  • Act as the trusted advisor for platform optimization and maturity strategy.


What You Bring

Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

  • 3+ years delivering enterprise implementations across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and/or SecOps.

  • Proven experience leading ServiceNow technical teams or product areas.

  • Strong architecture and integration experience (REST/SOAP/Integration Hub).

Required Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

  • At least three ServiceNow CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, FSM, SecOps)

  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation

Technical Skills

  • Advanced JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting

  • Case management, CSM data models, and multi-product architecture

  • CRM and security-platform integration experience

Soft Skills

  • Executive-level communication skills

  • Strong leadership presence, influence, and mentorship mindset

  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment
