Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to quality in all assigned tasks
  • Perform installation of high-security field devices and ensure proper setup, calibration, and functionality
  • Complete field wiring, terminations, and testing in accordance with company standards and project specifications
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot headend equipment, ensuring seamless integration with field components
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered
  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and customer site requirements
  • Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and team members to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 3–5 years of field experience in installation, maintenance, or related trade
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and industry best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Preferred Qualification:

  • Relevant certifications (OSHA 10/30, manufacturer certifications, or trade licenses)

Compensation starting in the mid $30's/hour commensurate with experience.
