Overview:
We are seeking professional Managers to lead and elevate the guest experience at some of the upscale premier gentlemen's clubs in San Francisco that we provide administrative services for . The ideal candidate combines executive leadership with hands-on operational excellence, a passion for service, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance. You will report to the General Manager and help oversee daily operations, guest relations, staff development, and venue performance to ensure an extraordinary, respectful, and memorable experience for every guest. Full manager in training program will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise all front-of-house and operations teams (reception, bar, table service, security, events support) to deliver polished, consistent service.
Ensure high-quality guest experience: greet guests, manage reservations, seating flow, and VIP experiences; monitor service standards and guest satisfaction metrics.
Manage day-to-day operations: coordinate with security, bar, kitchen (if applicable), and events to ensure smooth, timely service and adherence to alcohol service laws and licensing requirements.
Recruit, train, and develop staff; create scheduling plans to optimize coverage during peak periods; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
Monitor financial performance: control costs, and optimize labor efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Enforce safety, compliance, and risk management: uphold health and safety protocols, incident reporting, and disciplinary procedures; ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with marketing and guest relations to build a welcoming atmosphere, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain venue aesthetics and atmosphere in alignment with brand standards, including cleanliness, lighting, music levels, and overall ambiance.
Preferred Qualifications: (Additional training in all areas will be provided)
Business management experience. Hospitality management experience is a plus (restaurants, lounges, clubs, hotels, or similar environments).
Strong leadership and people-management skills; proven ability to train, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
Exceptional guest service orientation with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Solid operational knowledge: POS, inventory, cash handling, vendor management.
Knowledge of applicable laws and best practices related to alcohol service, safety, and venue security.
-Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and manage high-energy environments.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
