We are looking for a administrative professional to assist senior leadership with operations. This is an in-person position and you must be a US citizen. We are looking for an individual with a broad set of administrative and operational skills. Duties include the following

Duties:

  • Prepare activity and progress reports.
  • Create, format, and revise Excel and similar spreadsheets ensuring documents are drafted, proofed, and archived.
  • Copy, mail, file, and retrieve reports.
  • Edit, revise, proof, mail, and track manuscript technical reports in accordance with instructions from authors
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, procedures and methods and maintain the internal documentation library.
  • Provide or coordinate special documentation services as required.
  • Assemble data and prepare documents; request additional data when needed.
  • Prepare and edit manuscripts (text, tables, references, graphs and illustrations).
  • Recommend new procedures and draft instructions, prepare reports and memorandums.
  • Prepare reports according to established standards.
  • Provide communications support.
  • Schedule and maintain calendars.
  • Proof and edit reports, and presentations.
  • Provide payroll support and serve as liaison regarding personnel pay matters.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate leadership levels
  • Provide administrative and other duties as requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.66 per hour
