Job Overview

Truck 'N Stuff is Peoria's premier vehicle restyling specialist. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, marketing, and computer skills, with proven experience in managing teams and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires a blend of leadership, negotiation skills, and technical acumen to foster relationships with clients and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position products in the market.
  • Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry
