What we are looking for:
An experienced, energetic recruitment leader to spearhead our full-cycle hiring efforts for Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) across our growing organization. In this role, you won't just fill roles — you'll help build the team that delivers compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care every day. Our ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of clinical practice, a sharp eye for cultural fit, and a talent for connecting with standout providers who align with our mission.

What you'll do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for APP roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to define hiring needs, team dynamics, and cultural fit.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top APP talent, including passive candidate outreach, networking, academic outreach, and attending relevant career fairs and conferences.
- Tailor job postings to reflect experience requirements, clinical needs, and training program specifics, where applicable.
- Screen and interview candidates for clinical competency, professionalism, connection to community, and alignment with organizational values.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement.
- Coordinate multi-phase interviews involving cross-functional groups including operations, physician leadership, and executives.
- Develop and utilize tools to standardize best practices across all APP hiring efforts.
- Initiate APP agreements by completing pre-hire term sheets and offer details to assist with a smooth contract negotiation process.
- Partner with legal to ensure the timely delivery of contracts and a smooth transition of candidates to onboarding.
- Register APP training candidates for the Learn Derm Training Program for didactic training modules and track training progress.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories.
- Stay current on APP labor market trends, licensing requirements, and best practices in provider recruitment.
- Other duties as assigned.
It'll help to have/be:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of APP scope of practice, dermatology-specific needs, and training requirements.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, AAPA, AANP), and sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred), CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- This individual must model the Epiphany core values and fundamentals, and be a visible example of Epiphany's culture with candidates.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in provider recruitment; APP recruiting strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of APP roles and scope of practice.
- Demonstrated ability to assess both clinical qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Familiarity with provider compensation models and contract negotiation.
- Previous experience working with recent graduates and specialty training programs is a plus.
- Must be based out of the Austin, TX area.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

This may include visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
