Senior Maintenance Foreman Full Time Year Round

This position offers annual compensation starting at $50,000, with overtime pay. Pay is commensurate with experience. We encourage you to present us with your compensation expectations. We also include profit sharing when your crew goes above and beyond, and we guarantee year-round work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead our crews to success, keep our team on schedule, coach the team to perform at Design Works quality standards. Make sure the team stays motivated and train them on best practices and equipment safety.
  • Be a key part in maintenance management, understand the daily schedule and familiarize yourself with our routes. Make suggestions to help the maintenance division stay efficient.
  • Keep equipment clean, sharp and running smoothly, ensure truck, trailer and machines are being treated with care and maintained regularly. Handle minor maintenance items, and report to our mechanic promptly when something isn't working as expected.
  • Make clients feel comfortable, answer basic questions politely and show pride in your work. We have an awesome client base that appreciates what we do, expect compliments on an awesome job
  • Help with snow work, operate equipment safely during a storm and help lead our crews through tough conditions. Communicating with other crews and managers to tackle problems effectively while staying calm and collected.

What We Need From You

  • At least 2 years of operating commercial mowers and landscaping equipment
  • Reliable references
  • Valid drivers license and DOT card
  • Experience during snow season and snow hours

What We Offer

  • Base Pay starting at $50,000. Pay commensurate with experience. Provide us with your salary expectations.
