The Role: Founding Senior Data Scientist / Product Analytics Lead
We're searching for a hands-on, product-minded Data Scientist who wants to shape the future of intelligent systems.
This isn't a back-office reporting role — you'll design the measurement engine that powers real-time product decisions.
You'll:
- Build and deploy analytics frameworks adopted by product and growth teams
- Design experiments (A/B, diff-in-diff, matched markets) that drive measurable impact
- Collaborate deeply with engineering and product to influence direction
- Work directly with LLMs on evaluation, measurement, and feedback loops
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights
What You Bring
- 5+ years in product analytics or data science (high-growth tech, ideally B2B SaaS)
- Advanced Python & SQL skills (pandas, NumPy, StatsModels, Scikit-learn)
- Deep expertise in causal inference, sampling, and experimentation design
- Real LLM experience — prompt engineering, embeddings, hallucination risk evaluation
- Strong communicator who can simplify complexity and tell a data-driven story
- True product intuition — you've moved real metrics like retention, conversion, or churn
