About the Role
 
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own a core set of centralized services and drive their evolution to support a growing portfolio of brands. You'll work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to manage the delivery of high-impact work, while also reporting to leadership on product performance and adoption. You'll be responsible for tracking usage and engagement metrics on the products you ship, ensuring that your work is driving measurable business outcomes.
 
We're looking for someone who is creative, resourceful, and scrappy — someone who can operate strategically while getting into the details to make things happen in a fast-moving environment.
 
What You'll Do
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for core shared services used by all brands.
  • Partner closely with engineering to plan, manage, and deliver impactful product features.
  • Create stories for the engineering team tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal brand teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, centralized solutions.
  • Develop clear problem statements, product requirements, and success metrics.
  • Track product usage and adoption, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes to stakeholders across the company.
  • Bring creativity and hustle to solve problems and move quickly when needed.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in product management (platform, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS experience a plus).
  • Strong technical acumen — comfortable working with APIs, services, and engineering teams.
  • A track record of shipping successful products or features end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, outcome-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with using AI in your professional work
