We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the day-to-day operations for our Commerce City location. The assistant manager will be responsible for supporting the site manager in overseeing all aspects of the facility and will work to drive the site's overall performance.

We are looking for candidates who have 2+ years of leadership or management experience in the retail industry. Candidates who are people oriented, positive, eager to learn and focused on meeting goals and working with a team. At Wash Fox you are not stuck behind a desk doing the same thing every day. Instead, you rotate between outside and inside while working with both customers and staff.

Requirements:

• People oriented
• Strong desire to coach and mentor the team
• Demonstrate ability to serve as a representative for the Wash Fox, LLC brand by appearing in a professional manner and engaging enthusiastically with customers and staff
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate scheduling issues and weather anomalies with ability to work some evenings, as well as on weekends and holidays
• Ability to accommodate variability in work weeks, with an average of 40-50 hours per week
• Computer literacy
• Must have the ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds without injuring yourself, and to work in hot, cold, wet and windy weather
• Previous customer service and dispute resolution experience
• A valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Serve and engage with employees
• Sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships
• Ensure safe operation of the wash
• Motivate employees and lead the overall performance of the team
• Hire, train and terminate employees
• Support team with weekly/monthly membership sales goals
• Ensure that safety protocols, policies, and procedures are being maintained
• Manage the team through opening, closing, and ongoing maintenance of the facility, including cash control procedures
• Monitoring inventory of all supplies
• Serve as the first point of contact on customer service issues
• Maintain the appearance of the grounds and facilities, including the office, wash tunnel, vacuum area, pay station areas and parking lot
• Create a safe environment for both customers and employees
• Foster a team environment
• Communicate promptly to site manager all issues, customer complaints, resource needs and any other job responsibility reasonably requested by ownership

Training with Site Manager to:

• Meet business metric goals for wash club membership sales, quality control and labor management
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly financial and operating performance reports from the Wash Fox software systems
• Adjust staffing schedule to deal with absentees, weather and other unexpected issues
• Monitor the equipment
• Schedule a staff of 8-12 people with typically 2-4 employees per shift, taking into weather forecasts and patterns in customer activity
• Evaluate employee performance
• Enter payroll information
• Engage with customers and the community and grow sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
