Overview

Pennant Services is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of Digital to lead the strategy, development, and execution of Pennant's digital ecosystem — encompassing apps, websites, media, and connected platforms that power our family of healthcare service companies. Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, this leader will drive digital transformation and product innovation that enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and patient outcomes across our post-acute and senior care continuum.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Product Strategy & Development

• Define and lead the digital product roadmap for Pennant Services, covering apps, web platforms, and multimedia tools that support Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living, and Personal Care operations.

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept through design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

• Align digital initiatives with organizational priorities in partnership with the CIO and other executive leaders.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and mentor high-performing teams of developers, designers, media producers, and product managers.

• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement, consistent with Pennant's mission and values.

• Establish clear roles, success metrics, and development paths within the Digital Services organization.

Experience & Design Excellence

• Ensure all digital experiences — internal and external — reflect usability, accessibility, and brand alignment.

• Champion intuitive, engaging digital interactions for employees, clinicians, and customers.

• Partner with marketing and operations teams to create unified experiences across digital and real-world touchpoints.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Collaboration

• Work closely with IT, Operations, HR, and Marketing to identify opportunities where digital products can simplify workflows, improve communication, or increase transparency.

• Serve as a strategic advisor on digital transformation, innovation, and scalable technology investments.

• Collaborate with operating company leaders to ensure digital tools meet real-world needs in the field.

Media, Storytelling, and Engagement

• Oversee the creation of digital media content, including video, audio, and interactive communications that tell Pennant's story and support engagement across the enterprise.

• Lead initiatives that strengthen the digital presence of Pennant and its affiliated companies through thoughtful storytelling, media production, and distribution.

Governance, Budget, and Vendor Management

• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for all digital projects.

• Evaluate and manage vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

• Establish governance processes for digital assets, standards, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in digital product management, app/web development, or digital media.

• Proven record of building and scaling cross-functional digital teams and delivering measurable results.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI, mobile/web development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology ecosystems.

• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or multi-brand service organizations preferred.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Business, or related field (MBA or master's preferred).
