SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with an ultra-luxury hotel in Los Angeles to recruit an exceptionally well-traveled, worldly, and service-driven
Concierge
to join the property's elite guest experience team. This individual will serve as a cultural ambassador for the hotel, creating personalized, meaningful, and highly curated experiences for an international clientele accustomed to the highest levels of luxury and discretion.

The ideal candidate brings a global perspective, deep knowledge of Los Angeles and major international destinations, and the instinctive ability to anticipate guest needs before they are expressed. This role requires a polished service presence, impeccable communication skills, and the confidence to navigate high-profile guest interactions with grace and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver anticipatory, intuitive, and highly personalized concierge services that reflect five-star luxury standards.
  • Curate bespoke itineraries, dining recommendations, cultural experiences, and exclusive entertainment access tailored to each guest's tastes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with top Los Angeles restaurants, private clubs, luxury retail partners, arts organizations, and VIP service providers.
  • Assist guests with travel arrangements, including private transportation, international travel coordination, and complex itinerary planning.
  • Stay informed about global cultural trends, luxury lifestyle offerings, and international travel highlights that resonate with well-traveled guests.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion when working with high-profile individuals, celebrities, and UHNW clientele.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, and F&B to ensure seamless communication and flawless guest touchpoints.
  • Handle time-sensitive requests with urgency, precision, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, local attractions, major events, and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications

  • Extensive global travel experience with a strong understanding of international cultures, luxury lifestyle expectations, and world-class hospitality standards.
  • Previous concierge or guest relations experience in a
    Forbes Five-Star
    or
    ultra-luxury
    environment highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a refined, polished demeanor.
  • Deep connections or familiarity with Los Angeles' luxury dining, entertainment, and cultural landscapes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage.
  • Must possess impeccable grooming, refined service etiquette, and the ability to represent the hotel brand at the highest level.
