As a Marine Electrician, you'll install the electrical systems that power everything from navigation and lighting to onboard technology. What You'll Do:

  • Assemble and install electrical harnesses, console wiring, and other unit electrical systems
  • Use diagrams, schematics, and instructions to complete electrical installations accurately
  • Operate hand tools and crimping tools to route, secure, and connect wiring
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet Tiara's electrical and safety standards
  • Work closely with team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Participate in daily cleaning and organization of the Electrical Assembly area (5S practices)
  • Identify and handle color-coded wires and components with accuracy
  • Support continuous improvement and maintain a focus on safety and efficiency
Qualifications

What It Takes:

  • Experience or training in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred
  • Ability to read and understand diagrams, part labels, and assembly instructions
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and safe wiring practices
  • Strong attention to detail — your work affects the safety and reliability of the entire vessel
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working independently under deadlines and collaborating with others
  • Ability to distinguish wire colors accurately and follow proper electrical coding
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
