About the role: We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Junior Packaging Project Manager
to support the development, production, and delivery of packaging across multiple brands and product lines. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with design, procurement, marketing, and operations teams to help bring packaging projects from concept to completion — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Support the end-to-end management of packaging projects, from design kickoff through production and delivery.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, product development, supply chain) and external vendors to manage workflows and approvals.
  • Communicate updates, changes, and feedback to ensure smooth progress between departments.

Vendor Management:

  • Assist with sourcing, quoting, and managing packaging suppliers.
  • Support sample reviews and quality checks to confirm specifications and brand consistency.

Documentation & Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, production schedules, and status reports.
  • Update project management tools and systems to reflect current project stages.

Quality & Compliance:

  • Support packaging testing, proofing, and compliance processes to meet brand and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Project Management, Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in packaging development, production, or project coordination (internship experience counts).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet).
  • Interest in sustainability, materials, and innovative packaging design is a plus.
