Internal Auditor
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with SOX regulations. The Internal Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations and safeguarding our assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Identify risks and recommend improvements to mitigate those risks.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and management responses.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and SOX compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
