Compensation:
$75,000–$80,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: $100K+) + performance bonuses

Target Start Date:
Mid-January 2026

Position Overview

The
Sponsorship Sales Executive
plays a key role in driving revenue and building relationships across WBR's portfolio of world-class events. This position focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering value to clients through tailored sponsorship solutions.

You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where initiative, curiosity, and results are recognized and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent WBR and its suite of sponsorship products to senior decision-makers across multiple industries
  • Research target companies and identify client needs to develop customized sponsorship solutions
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business while managing and growing existing accounts
  • Confidently present sponsorship ROI and value propositions to senior executives (SVP level and above)
  • Negotiate and customize sponsorship packages to align with client goals
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and rebook existing sponsors across multiple events
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM
  • Attend assigned events and manage sponsor relationships both pre-event and onsite

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in
    B2B sponsorship sales
  • Proven success in
    inside sales
    , new business development, and consultative selling
  • Strong ability to engage and communicate with senior executives confidently
  • Experience selling
    conceptual or experiential products
    (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working to targets
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
