Overview:

Seeking a highly experienced attorney to join its Health Law Department as a
Partner or Of Counsel
. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
health law,
particularly in
transactional matters and regulatory compliance.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a respected firm with a sophisticated healthcare client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise healthcare clients on transactional matters and regulatory issues at both state and federal level
  • Represent clients in insurance carrier audits and hospital credentialing matters
  • Build, manage, and expand a personal book of business using the firm's platform
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead and supervise attorneys and support staff within the practice group
  • Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Health Law experience, emphasizing transactional work.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
  • Proven business development ability: portable business strongly preferred
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Exceptional communication, organization, time management, and work ethic.
