Goodman Masson is partnering with a global financial institution that's investing heavily in modernizing its compliance and surveillance platforms. They're looking for a hands-on
Databricks Developer
to help design and optimize data pipelines that support critical risk and compliance systems.

You'll be part of a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and maintaining scalable solutions across Azure Databricks, Data Lake, and SQL environments, ensuring data accuracy and performance for large-scale analytical workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and support end-to-end data pipelines and integrations using Databricks, Azure, and Python
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and workflows across SQL Server and Oracle databases
  • Implement scalable data solutions for reporting, monitoring, and fraud detection
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring platform stability and performance
  • Contribute to modernization efforts—integrating new data sources, automating processes, and improving reliability

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or platform development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Python (PySpark), and SQL
  • Background working with data lakes, ETL pipelines, and cloud integrations
  • Experience with Power BI or Power Apps preferred

  • This is a
    permanent position- no C2C or third-party vendors
