We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position, offering paid training and covering all costs for your Personal Lines Insurance License. Schedule: 5 day work week w/ 1 weekend day 11:30am-8pm



What You'll Do: 

  • Insurance Sales Responsibilities:
    • Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online 
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products 
    • Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes 
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system 
    • Participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals 
  • Regulatory & Compliance 
    • Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures 
    • Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments 
    • Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risks and ensure accuracy 
    • Stay current on insurance regulations and best practices 
  • Additional Responsibilities 
    • Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners 
    • Occasionally travel for training (approx. 5%) 
    • Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction 
    • Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services
Qualifications

What You Need: 

  • Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space 
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection 

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's Degree preferred

Experience

  • 2+ years sales or customer service experience required and
  • Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred 

Licenses and Certifications

  • Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 60 days (training and exam fees covered by AAA Northeast) 
  • Life License within 1 Year Preferred
