Warehouse Gravity Aisle Associate

Position Overview
The Warehouse Gravity Aisle Associate plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of warehouse operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all gravity-fed aisles are organized, and functioning properly. The associate supports picking operations by maintaining product flow, addressing fallen or misplaced inventory, and ensuring a clean and orderly work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Gravity Aisle Maintenance
- Monitor all gravity-fed aisles throughout the shift to ensure consistent product flow.
- Restock fallen or jammed items to keep lanes functioning smoothly.
- Confirm that product labels, locations, and sku placement are accurate and clearly visible.
Inventory Organization & Accuracy
- Identify misplaced product and relocate it to the correct pick location.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies or location issues to leadership.
- Assist with light cycle counts or spot checks when needed.
Support for Picking Operations
- Respond promptly to pickers' requests for assistance within gravity aisles.
- Clear obstructions and ensure pick paths remain safe and accessible.
- Help troubleshoot product flow issues within the gravity lanes.
Warehouse Cleanliness & Safety
- Keep aisles clean, free of debris, and compliant with all warehouse safety standards.
- Participate in routine area cleaning, including sweeping, debris removal, and general organization.
- Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to daily workflow changes.
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with frequent physical activity.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, depending on warehouse conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
