, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a
Commercial Escrow Assistant
.Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

The Commercial Escrow Assistant Is Responsible For

• Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a commercial transaction
• Distributing commercial contracts to parties of the transaction as well as occasional review of appraisal district information.
• Pre-closing duties to include file set-up in RQ order entry system, monitoring and communicating to clients scheduled escrow disbursements and receipts, and organizing file for hyperlinked documents.
• Forwarding completed title commitments to Escrow Officer for review/revisions, and distributing to parties of transaction upon Escrow Officer's approval
• Providing back-up for post-closing duties which may include processing closing packages, check distribution, document recordation, down date endorsement processing, and special information gathering or communications.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Title Industry experience required.
• Experience in Commercial escrow processing preferred, but not required.
• Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required.
• Microsoft Suite proficient.
• This is not a work-from-home position.
