Responsibilities
The HRIS Business Analyst works with HR partners to explore opportunities to leverage system functionalities and features to improve HR business processes, through assessing needs, defining and documenting functional and technical requirements, evaluating, and, if approved for development by HRIS Project Analyst and team, will serve on a team to design, configure, and test proactive functional modifications and enhancements in HRIS systems. Supports end users through analysis and research solutions. Provides basic problem resolution and procedure support. Will perform routine configuration work within the HRIS tools, and support upgrades. Basic to intermediate Excel skills and ability to organize and prioritize with limited guidance and display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner. Good analytical skills with a basic understanding of core HR business practices.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Three years in HRIS OR three years in IS with one year in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor Degree
