Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming and assisting customers with their dining experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
  • Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant's offerings and making reservations as needed.
  • Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with hospitality concepts and guest relations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Aloha POS experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
  • A passion for providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
