Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stocking supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Handle food safely and responsibly, following all health guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
