With world-renowned programming in theater, dance, music, opera, film, and much more, BAM showcases the work of emerging artists and innovative modern masters.

BAM is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to BAM's customers and assist with the daily operations for the Guest Services team as well as seeing through weekend operation hours. Providing the Guest Services staff with updated ticketing policies and procedures, participate in all day-to-day functions of Guest Services including single ticket and group sales orders via phone and email, and general inquiries. Also, assist with ongoing departmental training and coaching.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist managers in the supervision and daily workflow and with additional projects as necessary.
  • Responding to and assisting Reps with solutions to ticketing problems and special needs
  • Monitor phone activities and report issues to IT department.
  • Updating phone system with new operational hours as needed
  • Create and monitor weekly schedule for Guest Services Reps
  • Implement group policies and procedures
  • Enforce deadlines/inventory management
