CNC Mill Operator

Established job shop specializing in CNC machining and precision metal fabrication seeking CNC mill operator. Minimum of 2-3 years in professional machine shop, or an outstanding vo-tech grad is a requirement.

Ability to set tools, work holdings, edit feeds & speeds, and work to instructions with attention to detail are necessary. Primary responsibility is to setup and operate newer Haas CNC mills, loading and unloading work pieces, as well as general machining as needed.

We are a small family business with approx. 30 full-time staff. We have low turnover and a positive and professional work environment. We recently moved into a new 35,000 s.f. building that is fully climate controlled. We have positions open for first shift, and a small second shift. Hourly pay is commensurate with experience and ability. Current position offering $25-$35 based on skill level. Approx. 10% more for second shift.
