Position: Permanency Case Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about helping youth and families build a safe and stable future? New Directions is hiring a Permanency Case Manager You'll support youth and families in navigating the road toward permanency through advocacy, planning, community connections, and direct services. If you're someone who thrives in a team environment and wants to make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you This full-time role (Monday–Friday, 35 hours/week) offers flexibility and a powerful opportunity to support children and families in transition.

Pay and Benefits
- $ $24.16/hr based on education and relevant experience
- 3 weeks of paid time off your first year, not including an additional 13 agency holidays

Minimum Education and/or Professional Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree(required); Master's degree(preferred)
- 1–2 years of related experience or training
- A valid driver's license (required)
