Your Mission
The Order Fulfillment Specialist ensures the accuracy and efficiency of order processing — from reviewing drawings and layouts to coordinating vendor communications and purchase orders. This role is all about getting the details right the first time.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What You will Be Doing:

  • Review and verify measurements, layouts, and drawings for accuracy
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
  • Create and manage purchase orders for both internal and external vendors
  • Maintain timely and accurate order data throughout the day
  • Act as liaison between vendors, purchasing, and sales to ensure smooth fulfillment

Qualifications & Required Skills
What We're Looking for:

  • Education: High school diploma or higher
  • Experience: Entry-level; order processing or data management experience a plus
  • Technical Skills: Excel proficiency, accurate data entry, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strengths: Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated with sharp attention to detail
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required
  • Environment: Cubicle with extensive computer work and limited phone/email interaction
