The Delivery Helper supports safe, accurate, and timely delivery of goods to customer locations. You'll work closely with a driver and logistics team to load/unload items, verify orders, protect products from damage, and deliver a great customer experience at every stop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work, takes pride in organization and safety, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily vehicle loading and unloading, ensuring items are secured, protected, and staged for efficient routes.
  • Ride along with drivers to deliver products to homes, job sites, or businesses; carry items to designated areas and assist with basic placement as needed.
  • Verify order accuracy at pickup and drop-off points; document deliveries, returns, exceptions, and obtain customer signatures.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, straps, and blankets.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members; proactively resolve minor delivery issues and escalate when needed.
  • Support route efficiency by helping navigate, confirming addresses, monitoring delivery windows, and adapting to traffic or weather conditions.
  • Uphold company service standards and represent the brand with courtesy, reliability, and integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID; ability to meet company standards for driving accompaniment and site access.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation; comfortable with stairs, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile apps or scanners to update delivery status and capture signatures.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and teamwork; clear verbal communication and customer service orientation.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the role is based.
