Responsibilities

  • Assisting with event logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination

  • Supporting pre-event marketing campaigns (email, social media, web)

  • Helping manage event registration, attendee communications, and follow-up

  • Assisting with orders for giveaways

  • Tracking event metrics and compiling post-event reports

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams

  • Conducting research on industry events and audience engagement trends

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 

  • Bonus: Experience with Canva and

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.
