Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to proper size and thickness
- Top pizzas accurately according to menu specifications and customer modifications
- Cook pizzas in a rotating gas oven, ensuring consistent doneness, appearance, and quality
- Monitor oven performance and adjust cooking times or rotation speeds as needed
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service periods
- Keep pizza station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and front-of-house to ensure smooth communication and timely orders
- Participate in opening and closing duties for the pizza station, including cleaning equipment and restocking
