Experience: Required

Residential Adults with Disability (RAD LLC) is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated PCA/DSP professionals to join our team. We provide high-quality support services to adults and children with disabilities in a residential setting as well as community and in-home support, promoting independence, dignity, and a meaningful quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily living support, including personal care, hygiene assistance, and mobility support as needed.
  • Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders.
  • Promote independence and community involvement.
  • Follow individualized support plans and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience required—previous PCA/DSP, caregiving, or disability-related support experience.
  • Must be dependable, patient, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Background check and necessary state requirements must be met.
  • Negative TB test.
