Pay: $22–$24 per hour, DOE
Experience: Required
Residential Adults with Disability (RAD LLC) is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated PCA/DSP professionals to join our team. We provide high-quality support services to adults and children with disabilities in a residential setting as well as community and in-home support, promoting independence, dignity, and a meaningful quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily living support, including personal care, hygiene assistance, and mobility support as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders.
- Promote independence and community involvement.
- Follow individualized support plans and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience required—previous PCA/DSP, caregiving, or disability-related support experience.
- Must be dependable, patient, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries.
- Valid driver's license.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Background check and necessary state requirements must be met.
- Negative TB test.
