Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written + verbal)
  • High emotional intelligence; ability to handle sensitive employee situations

  • Experience supporting or coaching managers and professional‑level employees

Day‑to‑Day / Role Overview

  • Provide broad HR generalist support in an environment where specialist roles may be limited
  • Screen resumes, review applications, and may conduct preliminary interviews
  • Support employee relations activities (counseling employees on work‑related concerns, participating in terminations, gathering feedback)
  • Coach and assist managers and professional leaders
  • Support diversity initiatives and other HR programs
  • Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information for HR assignments or ongoing initiatives
  • Assist with compensation planning, manpower planning, performance management, and HR policy updates
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for HR leadership
  • Manage program timelines, track milestones, and coordinate with COEs or HRBPs
  • Work Monday–Friday; flex hours / part‑time possible depending on candidate
