Armed Security Officers – Church Security Team (DFW Area). Allegiance Project Security is expanding our church security division and seeking professional, mission-focused armed security officers to protect congregations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Job Description:

  • Full-Time, Guaranteed: 40 hours per week with flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and special events).
  • Competitive Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and performance.
  • Multiple DFW Locations: Serve at multiple locations in the DFW area.
  • Ongoing Training: Monthly trainings led by former U.S. Secret Service agents and Special Operations combat veterans. Covering advanced firearms tactics, threat assessment, de-escalation, medical response, and advanced security operations.
  • We Develop Talent: Entry-level candidates with the right mindset are welcome. If you're teachable, disciplined, and committed to growth, we'll train you to standard.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Level III (Commissioned) Security License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Clean background and driving record.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Mental resilience and calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to grow and train with our team of experts.
  • Respect for Church communities and places of worship.
