Job Descriptions

We're looking for a Warehouse Associate - someone to pack and ship online orders The ideal candidate is a problem solver with proficient knowledge to setup warehouse inventory system and barcode scanner. Data entry is a big part of it, so is cycle counting and generating labels and handling dollies. We have forklift and electric pallet jack so we will try to reduce manual labor as much as possible. Responsibilities:

  • Sort, pick, label and pack orders
  • Load, unload and break down freight onto good wood pallets
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area
  • Responsible for making sure all orders are packed perfectly and neatly
  • Ensure all packing supplies are available and stocked at all times; proactively communicate when supplies need to be ordered
  • Provide detailed reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Work closely with customer service to resolve returns, reshipments and other issues
  • Think in solutions, not problems while demonstrating sense of urgency
  • Use bar code scanners, computers, data entry, and generate labels

Qualifications:

  • Well organized
  • Clean DMV Record
  • Be able to drive forklift and use electric pallet jack
  • Be able to lift heavy boxes (50 pounds)
  • Be able to work overtime
  • Proficient knowledge to setup inventory control system
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: must be self-managed and resourceful
  • Experience in retail, picking/packing, and shipping is preferred
  • Experience working with Shipstation, USPS, DHL, Fedex and UPS
  • Above and beyond communication skills
  • Passionate about the E-commerce industry

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
