Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy for children with autism at our clinic and families' home. This is a chance to build your career while making a meaningful impact on children and families in North County.

**School Behavior Therapist or Full ABA RBT

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

Location: North County

Positions Available: Full Clinic and in-Home sessions RBT.

What We're Looking For

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with our support)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (or currently enrolled)
  • Experience working with children (tutoring, teaching, childcare, after-school programs, camps, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Passion for helping children grow and thrive
