What You'll Be Doing
As a CSR, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers by:
- Answering customer inquiries and scheduling service calls.
- Acting as the first point of contact, delivering empathetic and solutions-focused service.
- Coordinating with Mallick team members to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
- Supporting customer retention and satisfaction with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

- BONUS: Service Titan Experience: Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus, but NOT required. If you're new to it, don't worry – we will provide training to get you up to speed quickly
