Job Overview

We're opening a brand-new restaurant focused on great food, great service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and help us build something special from the ground up.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff members
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Conduct interviews and recruit new staff while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction — respond to guest needs and resolve complaints with professionalism and care
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health codes
  • Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals and maintain standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with strong supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in inventory control and merchandising.
  • Proficient in budgeting, time management, and administrative tasks related to store operations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
